Fiona Spall Been attending mat pilates provided by Laura Kennard at the Oast Sittingbourne for 9 weeks now . What I have learnt in that short time has really benefited my physical and mental health . Laura has such a calm, patient manner and totally understanding of all participants health concerns . She tailors exercises to individuals where needed, providing support to ensure that everyone can fully benefit from the experience. What a great way to start the weekend, always leave feeling awake and energised for the days ahead. I would highly recommend attending one of Lauras classes, whatever your age or capability, it really is worth the effort and taking the plunge to improving your wellbeing.

A.A Ese Fantastic, fantastic space for practicing yoga. I am incredibly grateful for this community yoga class and have attended a few times now, much to my satisfaction each time. Ian is a fantastic instructor and I am yet to enjoy the full range of their classes. Definitely recommend to each and every individual!

Aileen Walk Ive been coming to The Reformery for over a year now, and I can honestly say that Pilates has changed my life. My back pain is gone, I feel stronger, more energised, and, most importantly I feel like Im actively investing in my long-term health and resilience as I age. Ive come to realise that Pilates will be a lifelong practice for me, and its thanks to Rachel and her incredible team that Ive even been inspired to start my teacher training. I truly cant recommend The Reformery highly enough. Im so grateful I found it when I moved to the area. Thank you to all the amazing teachers for your knowledge, support, and inspiration!

Faith M One of the best gyms Ive been to ! Very clean, a diverse range of equipment across two floors, and open 365 days a year. I feel that this Gym is a pillar to the community. Gyms are important for our physical and emotional well-being. The customer service is brilliant !!! Staff are very knowledgeable, encouraging and friendly. All of them ! I look forward to coming here and I highly recommend it. Started off with day passed, but now I have a monthly membership.
