5 /5 Rebecca Chapman: Simply put, Ian and the team at Greenwich Training are just brilliant.
Right from the start it was clear that this wasn’t just any old gym membership - it’s all about making changes to your lifestyle and attitude towards exercise (me and exercise were not friends before this). I just wanted to improve my general fitness, and even after 6 weeks I can see such a difference; alongside training sessions I am (slowly but surely!) making changes to my diet, I’m drinking more water, am sleeping better and feel much healthier as a result.
The trainers are all amazing, and help create a really inclusive and supportive atmosphere at every session (even at the crack of dawn!) - it’s not at all intimidating like gyms can be. Each class is hard work of course, but genuinely enjoyable and I always feel encouraged and motivated to reach a little further each time. Everything feels sustainable and achievable, particularly with the can-do attitude and unfailing support of everyone at the gym.
I really can’t recommend these guys enough - if you’re thinking about joining, do! Greenwich Training are an incredibly supportive and encouraging bunch - I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! :)
