Laura Kew Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Great coaches, great community. It’s not easy to have a group of coaches who each bring something special to a gym but somehow they have managed to find that here. So much knowledge and skill. Everyone and anyone is always welcome, always looked after and there’s always someone on hand to respond to what you need. I’ve been here for 6 years now and love it. You get the same care, treatment and quality coaching whether you are day one and new to CrossFit or 6 + years in. Great place. Thank you!

Powertone Studio - Canary Wharf - Admirals Way

xee Ferguson I love these classes! Wasn’t sure what to expect. The studio is small and very modern with the latest equipment. Great location only less than 10 mins walk from Canary Wharf station. The trainers are all amazing, patient and super helpful with alternative exercises if you cannot do a particular rep due to injury. You are pushed to get the maximum out of the classes which is great. If you have not used Power Plates before you will soon get used to the vibration and using body weight/dumbbells/kettlebells too. The classes are just 30 mins, with quite a few sessions throughout the day, so easy to fit into your daily schedule. If you are consistent you will soon see great results with these very knowledgeable trainers!
