The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive — she don’t just run a class, she truly teach, making sure every movement is done safely and effectively. Each session leaves me feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned. I’ve noticed huge improvements in my posture, core strength, and overall body awareness. The atmosphere is calm, encouraging, and uplifting, making it the perfect place to reset mentally as well as physically. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already experienced, this is the kind of studio that meets you where you are and helps you grow. It’s honestly become the best part of my week. If you’re considering Pilates, this is the place to do it — absolutely amazing!

I absolutely enjoyed the course very much, it’s easy to navigate the online study system and the best part has been the help I get. The gym has excellent equipment, a motivating atmosphere, and the friendliest members — it really feels like a community. What makes this place stand out is the professionalism behind the programming. Every session is structured, purposeful, and clearly built on a lot of knowledge and experience. On top of that, the coaches and nutritionists are always ready with practical advice, so you don’t just train — you get a full, balanced approach to health and fitness. Personally, I’ve managed to lose around 8–9 kg here — and that’s while also building muscle. For me, that’s a big achievement because I’m not a natural gym fan and I constantly struggle with lack of time due to a very busy schedule. This place proves that even if you’re like me, with the right support and guidance, progress really does happen. I’m very grateful to the team for creating a space that combines expertise, encouragement, and genuine care. Highly recommend to anyone looking not just for a gym, but for a place to grow stronger inside and out.

Patrycja Sliwka-Rodriguez Amazing place and best staff ever! There is big selection of classes and instructors are great! Gym is very clean, you will never need to wait to use the machines. Pool is first class, beautiful and peaceful, perfect place to relax. And of course location couldnt be better, with the view of London Eye! Love this place!
