Amber King We had such a brilliant self defence class with Pride Combat Athletics! I went along with my colleagues, and from start to finish it was engaging, empowering, and so much fun. Martin was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand and apply. Izzi was an inspiration, seeing her demonstrate the techniques with such confidence was amazing. We all came away feeling stronger, more confident, and equipped with real skills that could make a difference. Thank you for a fantastic morning!

Vic West Loved evening lane swimming here in summer and now love that its open all year round. The water is heated, although still cold, but perfect for wetsuit swimming if youre into open water swimming - many people brave it without wetsuits fine tho! Its nice and quiet over winter so you get a lane to yourself, unlike packed indoor pools. The pool is now considerably clearer than summer too and the hot showers and clean changing rooms help with it getting colder into winter. Thank you Lido team who are keeping it open and clean, looking forward to the new additional facilities being added soon!

Sam Healy I had an amazing experience at Silvermere Softplay! Its the perfect place for kids to burn off some energy while having tons of fun. The play area is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a wide range of activities that cater to kids of all ages. My little one loved the climbing structures, slides, and ball pit — they had so much fun and didn’t want to leave! The staff were friendly and helpful, always on hand to ensure everything was safe and running smoothly. The café also deserves a shout-out, offering a great selection of snacks and drinks for both kids and adults. It’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone with young children. Silvermere Softplay is a fantastic family-friendly destination!

Selam Adamu I first went to Physio1to1 with severe tendinitis in both achilles. My previous physio advised me to give up dancing, but Millie and the team treated me, gave me exercises and helped me get back to fitness. I went back to them following a bad knee sprain and now have regular treatment from Marissa to return to fitness. Im always impressed by not only the care and professionalism of everyone, but also the attitude to get you back doing what you love.

MS Cruz I’ve been training at Gym Location in Crawley for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health, confidence and overall wellbeing. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for members shines through in everything he does.
