Chloe Fyfield Ive been attending the babies pay and go sessions for the past 4 months and its absolutely amazing! Kelly Is amazing and will come round and talk to everyone throughout the 45 minutes. The session itself is amazing! Lots of activities for babies to do and help them develop new skills. Theres music in the background of the baby session (not too sure on other sessions) which is nice so the gym isnt dead silent. Lots of open area of those who are crawling or running to explore. We absolutely love the warm up as well as the bubbles and parachute at the end! Staff are lovely and very welcoming! Cannot recommend enough! 10/10

Tom Martin I have been part of the Body Confirioning family for over a year now and am thoroughly enjoying the journey. Having never been to or been interested in the idea of the gym before I have been totally turned around and enjoy going 3 times a week to the small classes and the larger group classes. My overall strength and fitness level are hugely improved and I hope to stick with the team for much longer to see even better results going forwards. All the trainers are highly experienced and lovely people too. It’s a great place to be.

Timothy Davidge Clean modern establishment with gym and two swimming pools (adult and junior). Cafe with fairly limited food offer but again clean and with good coffee.

D-MASMAXIMUS nindendo Lovely place. Very good indoor ice rink and fun swimming pool with water slides. There are about 1000 parking spaces, so I have never struggled to find a parking spot, however, modern cars are much wider but the parking bays remain the same from 20 years ago so the bays are really tight and it its now very difficult to get in or out of the car.

Ailsa Sutherland Poorly run, misleading information which meant that my family missed out on using the facilities because the company had I correct information published. Waste of time and money, wont be using again.
