Sian Earl Today I saw Harveen and all I can say is 10/10 with her service, advice on my brows, and shaping, she’s so lovely to speak to makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Normally when I’ve had my eyebrows done my eyes water loads and sting but I didn’t with her she was so gentle and took her time to make sure I was leaving happy with my brows so 10/10 for her will be returning !❤️

Romi Bhatt I recently had a full head of highlights toner, cut and blowdry with Elisha and have never loved my hair so much! She listened to what I wanted and managed to exceed my expectations by adding the perfect tones of highlights. Elisha is very welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease. Mariam Tariq The nicest salon I’ve been to! I was greeted by Vera who was going to be doing my hair, she was very kind through out the duration of my visit. Was asked by Safa if I wanted a drink (she continued to ask me if I wanted anything else during my appointment) Had a very nice coffee made by Safa. My hair looks so lovely and healthy now. Vera really exceeded my expectations and made me feel very comfortable. She and the staff accommodated me as a woman who observes the headscarf in a very kind manner. Made sure no males even enter the salon! I’ll be coming every few months to maintain my hair. Want to thank all of the staff for such a lovely time.

Terry Kore I went to see Shirley to get my eyebrows done and for a full massage with facial. Everything was amazing. My brows are the spot on. She took alot of care. My massage was the best Ive ever had. I eont go to anyone else niw and shes about 50 minutes away. I would highly recommend. Even her prices are good. You must visit, well worth the effort even if your not local.

Emma Li Yan Hui I have tried a few lash places in W3 and came across Naomi at West London Lashes. She was the best one by far for application and the lashes are soft and good quality. She always meets the brief and the lashes last a good amount of time. I use her for when i have weddings and holidays and i get lots of compliments. Highly recommend.

Lilly Got my hair cut at this salon! They gave me the exact hair cut I was looking for and followed the directions I provided. I would rate the hair cut a 4 stars if I could. The low rating is due to the customer and nail service. I got a full set done but the nail tech simply shaved off parts of my nail bed instead of doing the proper care. With the acrylics in place my nails hurt following the application as the prep was inadequate. Customer service was not the best. Although staff was friendly, my friend was left alone on the middle of her treatment several times.
