5 /5 Mariam Tariq: The nicest salon I’ve been to! I was greeted by Vera who was going to be doing my hair, she was very kind through out the duration of my visit. Was asked by Safa if I wanted a drink (she continued to ask me if I wanted anything else during my appointment) Had a very nice coffee made by Safa. My hair looks so lovely and healthy now. Vera really exceeded my expectations and made me feel very comfortable. She and the staff accommodated me as a woman who observes the headscarf in a very kind manner. Made sure no males even enter the salon! I’ll be coming every few months to maintain my hair. Want to thank all of the staff for such a lovely time.

5 /5 Laaibah Tariq: I visited 13 roses for a wash cut and dry, and as someone with long hair I was naturally nervous visiting a new salon, however Emeila and the owner were absolutely amazing, the customer service was on point and Emelia really understood what I wanted and delivered the perfect hair cut. The atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly and the owner was so down to earth, would definitely recommend.

5 /5 Marwa Azad: I had visited 13 Roses yesterday and the customer service was incredible.I was given an option of drinks and snacks and they were very polite with my requests. I went in for a Cut and Blowdry and my stylist Emelia was more than helpful when providing the service and made sure i was aware of every step and if i was okay with it❤️ The Salon feels very homely and comfortable for any of my hijabi sisters. Emelia definitely Exceeded my expectations and was very sweet. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come again!!

5 /5 Zena El: Such a lovely experience in this salon and had my hair styled by the lovely Raimonda. She was extremely kind, and gave me exactly what I wanted with the final outcome looking better than I ever expected - highly recommend having her. Very hijabi friendly, I came with my sister and had the best salon experience by far. Beautiful interior, kind staff and very relaxing.

1 /5 dafni leventi: A month ago I went with the desire of having light brown hair( from black/ dark brown ). Due to my hair having previously box die the hairdresser explained to me that we had to do copper first and then go to light brown to which I agreed and understood. Two weeks later I went back with the idea we would get closer to that colour I’ve been wanting. I walked out with the EXACT same colour as I did the first time and by that point having paid hundreds of pounds. I complained to the manager / owner. I expressed how disappointed I have been. She agreed that my hair did not look like anything I asked for and even looked the same as when I walked out the first time and told me to come in for free to fix it with a different hairdresser to which I agreed. My expectations were high and I was excited this would be fixed. To my surprise not only the colour was nowhere near a light brown, I got a carrot colour , with strings of blonde hair in the back. An absolute disaster. I walked out wanting to cry. Now I have to pay hundreds of pounds again to go fix this mess.Don’t get me wrong they are great with cutting and styling. But if you wanna die your hair AVOID AVOID AVOID.
