1 /5 lee min ho love: I had a very bad experience with facial waxing. She was rough while pulling out the patch and I thought thats how its done initially. But when I went back home I started seeing scars on my face as my skin was peeled off. I went to her to get beautiful for my dream trip and now my face is worst. I would never recommend her to anyone. Very bad experience.

1 /5 Elli Lazarte: Miserable looking owner, customer service is zero. Charged me £35 for a dry cut which was the price for a wash cut and blow dry which I didn’t want or receive. If you book via treatwell website you can get a wash cut and blow dry with head massage for £32. Or you could just go to Maryam’s salon on the same road for better prices and service. Wasted my time and money and won’t ever be returning to her.

2 /5 Sonya Kurek: Went to cut my extremely long hair after a long time due to the lockdown, I have booked it online which cost me 26 pounds, however I have then cancelled and book an appointment by phone. I asked for a completely straight cut, which as seen in the photo isn’t exactly straight and then on top it ended up being 30 pounds instead. The two stars is only for the lady as she was nice and kind but I wouldn’t cut my hair there again.

5 /5 Romi Bhatt: I recently had a full head of highlights toner, cut and blowdry with Elisha and have never loved my hair so much! She listened to what I wanted and managed to exceed my expectations by adding the perfect tones of highlights. Elisha is very welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease. This was the first time I have been to the salon and will definitely be them going forward! Thank you Elisha. xx
