3 /5 Gioia Bardella: I went today for a wash, haircut and blow dry.
The salon is nice and very clean, although very strong smell of nails product. I had to wait 20 minutes from my appointment, but this can happen to everyone.
I have asked during the booking how much it would have been totally, and at the checkout I was charged 5£ extra from what I have been told, only because I asked the reason, otherwise they wouldn’t even communicate it. I would have preferred to have know before or at least explaining during the service, since apparently the reason was my “thick” hair and difficult to blow dry. No one never told me this before, so I found this a bit weird.
I believe, especially for first time customers, there should be more communication otherwise with difficulty these will become regular.
