1 /5 Junia: I am writing to express my disappointment with the nail service I received at your salon on Friday. Unfortunately, the work was of very poor quality. My nails were left crooked, uneven, and with visible ridges, looking like waves. This is not what I expected from a professional salon.
I paid ÂŁ40 for the service, but what I received was unacceptable and feels like a lack of respect towards me as a customer. I only noticed the problem properly once I had left the salon and was on my way to work.
I am very upset with the lack of professionalism shown, and I would like this issue to be addressed. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this situation
