Sams Nails - (Near Camden, UK)

1 /5 Junia: I am writing to express my disappointment with the nail service I received at your salon on Friday. Unfortunately, the work was of very poor quality. My nails were left crooked, uneven, and with visible ridges, looking like waves. This is not what I expected from a professional salon. I paid £40 for the service, but what I received was unacceptable and feels like a lack of respect towards me as a customer. I only noticed the problem properly once I had left the salon and was on my way to work. I am very upset with the lack of professionalism shown, and I would like this issue to be addressed. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this situation

5 /5 Elena Nae: Good place. Sam’s is a very sweet lady. She’s done some Amazing nails for me. I was a bit nervous at first because I’ve read all the reviews while I was doing my nails but it all came out great at the end. However you will have to tell her how you want your nails done or if she needs to file more or shape more etc… I’m very happy with my nails and the price.

1 /5 Amy Reza: Awful woman, she cut my finger while filing and then blamed me because I was bleeding. When I told her that she was rushing between myself and another client she got very angry and started shouting at me. Unacceptable behaviour, no apology whatsoever. Very arrogant and disrespectful. Unprofessional, never going back again

5 /5 Annemarie Collier - Nega: Sam and her team have been doing my nails for the best part of a decade now and they always look fantastic. She is always able to execute what I’m looking for but even better! All of her colour and style suggestions have been perfect! Not only is she technically fantastic, but she’s always so smiley and kind. Very family friendly. It’s truly a high point of my day when I go and see! Even both my toddler and our dog look forward to our visits there.

5 /5 Rachel de la Bedoyere: Before & after! I’ve been coming to Sam’s nails for a few months now and I love her selection of acrylic nail polishes. I chose Northern Haze today and I LOVE the colour. Always a good service with Sam I go there for my infills and fresh sets. I call ahead of time to make sure I can get a decent slot as the shop can get pretty busy. If you’re in Acton make sure to go! I’ll be back soon for sure!
