Deirdre Harding Zoe Bonnett is a brilliant, empathetic and encouraging Pilates teacher, who adapts all of her exercise sessions to an individuals needs, so clients with hip or knee replacements, back or shoulder issues can fully participate in her classes, without feeling discriminated against. As well as stimulates those who are very good or hypermobile to upscale their abilities. A truly personalised service. She explains each exercise, demonstrates it and monitors how individuals are doing. Her price is reasonable for the individual support she offers and I thoroughly recommend her Pilates classes. I have had to miss a few lessons recently but attendance has kept me pretty supple, despite a total hip replacement, a wrist that is plated and screwed and a history of lower back problems, as well as having increased my core strength, balance and stamina. I can cope with working as well as looking after a very energetic 3 year old grand child who expects me to participate in his soft play, swimming etc. Plus, I believe Zoes Pilates lessons help me to stay in shape so that I can, if I wish, wear my vintage clothes that are 50 years old.

Holly Gray Tiffany is an amazing yoga teacher, retreat host and person. Her attention to detail really showed. She held space so beautifully for everyone and it was such a lovely weekend. The food, venue, itinerary and yoga were all beautifully thought out and presented. Thank you Tiffany!

Julia Franks I have been attending this studio regularly for 9 months. It is well run, and the studio in Muswell Hill is a pleasant place to exercise. My regular pilates session led by Gizella is both challenging and rewarding. It has done a lot for my flexibility and strength. Gizella is a great teacher who understands how our bodies work and what to do when they dont! Highly recommend.
