5 /5 Kristel Lumi: Such a great little gym – warm, welcoming, and nothing like the usual intimidating gym vibe. I’d never stuck with training before, but I’ve been coming three times a week for a year now. The trainers are brilliant in different ways: one really focuses on individual needs and rehab, while another brings great structure and motivation with weights. The mix works so well. It feels like a real community, and I actually enjoy going – which I never thought I’d say about a gym!

5 /5 Frances: Great gym! Super fun classes, attentive and engaged teachers, and a community of people who like to get fit together. I was visiting but I felt welcomed and encouraged during my class. The workouts are structured and progressive, the equipment is nice, the gym is very clean- I had a great time. Thanks for bringing me Agni :)

5 /5 Tyrese Walters: Can’t recommend Foundry Gym – Vauxhall enough. The trainers and the energy here are different. For me, just having someone there to guide you, hold you accountable, and actually care about your progress makes a massive difference. You don’t feel judged or out of place, whether you’re experienced or just starting out. The sessions are well put together, challenging but still accessible, and the coaches really know their stuff. They push you in the right way, but it still feels supportive. What I rate most is the sense of community. Everyone’s friendly, no egos, just people trying to better themselves and help each other along the way. You come in, get your head down, and leave feeling like you’ve done something good for yourself. If you’re looking for a gym that actually gets it — Foundry’s the one.
