Laitan Been going here since January consistently for my nails and feet xx staff is always so friendly and especially the manager. Always offering drinks and making sure we’re comfortable. These are my nails after about 1 month and 2 weeks ! I’ll be taking them off for a fresh set but as you can see they’ve lasted me a very long time. They were done by @softtouchmichael who works in the salon. Very professional and knowledgable about nails.

Risi My first time trying this shop and went to get biab on my nails. I was pleased when i left as they did look nice. After 4 days some of my biab began falling off and i was very confused because biab usually last around 3-4 weeks. I went back exactly a week after i got them done because three had fallen off already within that period. I paid £35 for nails to fall off within 4 days. I went to the shop and asked if they could repair the three nails as it wasn’t my fault that they fell off. She then proceeded to tell me that she can’t fix it that it’s been two weeks and it hadn’t, it had been exactly a week and i showed her the date i got them done and she still refused to fix it for me. She then started making excuses that she has biab on her nails and it’s lasted her two weeks that it’s basically my fault that they had fallen off because i wasn’t careful. Which isn’t true because i am very fragile with my nails and even if i wasnt careful they shouldn’t be falling off after 4 DAYS. I don’t recommend coming here!!

Rebecca Jenkins The Cwtch is such a gem, it’s always warm and welcoming, and the salon itself is absolutely beautiful. The vibe is spot on every time: great music, endless cups of tea, and the loveliest atmosphere. Sadie is an incredible nail tech. I honestly wouldn’t trust my nails with anyone else. When I first started seeing her, my nails were in rough shape, brittle, broken, and damaged. Thanks to Sadie’s care, skill, and advice, my nails are now strong and healthy again. She’s not just talented, she genuinely cares about her clients and their nail health. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Edward John I had a deep tissue massage with Carly. I would 100% recommend: perfect level of pressure and she left no knot unturned. I’ll definitely book again.
