Martin Clarke Fantastic place for the athletes and really all get treated like part of the family. Highly recommend this to anyone with kids who want a great sport and hobby and an amazing team to be a part of.

Joanna Bucur An outstanding studio for hot yoga, equally welcoming to newcomers and experienced practitioners. The atmosphere is inclusive and uplifting, with a team of skilled and supportive instructors who make every class accessible and engaging. Special thanks to Orly, Hannah R, Dharini and Ben for their guidance and energy, they each bring something unique to the practice. The studio itself is spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully run, Simon ensures everything operates seamlessly and is always open to feedback. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Yajaira Timaure The personal trainers are fantastic, and everyone at the gym is really friendly. I’ve even made a few friendships with other members. I was training with Cem, a Turkish personal trainer, and I was so impressed with the progress I made, my fitness improved, my tummy became flatter, and I even started to see some definition lines coming through! Unfortunately, I had to stop the PT sessions due to my university commitments, but I would seriously recommend having one.

Anna Killip I’ve recently joined cb training. I have always found gyms to be very intimidating however, since joining, it has made me feel a lot more comfortable as the team are really supportive and welcoming. The setting is also beautiful as the gym looks out on the stunning countryside.

Damian Cannon I dont know about the rest of the community centre but I chanced by the Lordship Hub today, attracted by the delicious cooking smells, and was very impressed by the café. Whats abundantly clear is that all of the food is fresh and home cooked. The main meal (dahl and salad) that I was hoping for had run out but I was encouraged to try their vegan toastie instead and it was excellent. Paired with some apple and cinnamon cake (perfectly moist) and a savoury pastry starter (kind of a mini-Cornish pasty) it all hit the spot very nicely. With the sun making a welcome appearance the Hub proved to be an excellent spot for lunch.

Isra Husain Well-equipped, clean gym with decent range of classes, and early morning classes giving clients the option to do these before work. Aaron and Holly’s classes in particular are brilliant - have noticed my strength improve through participating in these.
