The Factory Fitness and Dance Centre -

Rating: 3.9 /5
Mads I have been going to dance classes at this studio for the past few months and really enjoy it every single time. As someone with very limited prior dance experience, I was nervous to start new classes but Rowan makes everyone feel welcome no matter what level theyre at. His contemporary, ballet and jazz classes are fun but challenging and I have seen so much improvement in my skills already. The studio itself is great and all members of staff are friendly and helpful.

Yes You Can Gym Worthing -

Rating: 4.7 /5
Anne Walker Its clean, plenty of equipment and space. Not too busy so no wait for machines and there are plenty of options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable here despite not having set foot in a gym for a while, with a physique that reflects that!

LA MMA, JiuJitsu, Muay Thai and MMA - Rustington

Anna Chime If you’re thinking of starting BJJ or you’ve got experience and are looking for new bodies to roll with, this is the right place. The two main coaches (both called for Dave for easier recall after all the choking out) are super friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel so welcome and part of the team since the first time I turned up. In the year that I’ve been involved, I’ve seen newbies join and quickly become skilled and even winning tournaments with less than a year of training. The atmosphere is really friendly and inclusive, and people train hard but safely. The facilities are great with a huge mat, and there’s showers which most bjj gyms don’t have. I couldn’t recommend this place more, it’s a 10/10.

Kidsbury Roleplay Villages - Victoria Rd

Rating: 4.9 /5
Arianna Rebecca Firth A beautifully well-run and well thought out play café, a must for children from walking (1+) upwards. Everything has been so well thought-out, from the reading corner in the café, (stimulating books), to each area in the play area itself (attention to detail is amazing with Kidsbury branded items)! Very clean, nappies are even provided in the changing area in every size if you are cut short! Parents can also take drinks into the play area in spill proof reusable cups provided by Kidsbury. Always a warm welcome, and a very calm atmosphere. Highly recommend.

BackpackingAndy I would give this place extra stars if I could. I worked out here for a few days, it is cozy and has everything you need for a good workout. The staff are incredibly thoughtful and friendly. I felt very welcome! If you are looking for a long term gym or just need to workout for a few days - this place is perfect. They have a day pass and longer term options as well. If I come back to the area - I’ll definitely sign up for the gym.
