Elena Mujkic I had such a beautiful experience at Vishudda Yoga Centre. The owners, Jaqueline and James, were super understanding and flexible. The space is stunning and clean, and the teacher, Esther, was fantastic - wonderful flow with strength-building exercises adapted to my needs. Thanks so much! Jon is incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Jon starts with the client, seeking to understand your goals, exercise preferences and build upon your strengths. He was able to take a holistic view of my fitness, suggested exercises and bespoke training regimes that were achievable, motivating and fitted in with my work schedule. He listens. After introducing new exercises he would send me a video, and email a plan which was incredibly helpful. He was constantly accessible and genuinely interested in providing the best possible service to his clients. Thank you Jon!
