Klaudia Czuwaj I took part in the STOTT Pilates Mat Instructor training at Sole Pilates, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our teacher, Saulo, was excellent – very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He explained everything in great detail and made sure we understood both the technique and the reasoning behind each movement. The classes were well-structured and engaging, and I left feeling confident and inspired to continue my Pilates journey. I highly recommend Sole Pilates and Saulo to anyone interested in deepening their Pilates practice or becoming an instructor. ❤️❤️❤️

Rosie Evans I am currently attending Angelas pre-natal Pilates classes and couldnt recommend highly enough! Angela creates a welcoming and warm environment and immediately puts people at ease. As a first-time mum-to-be this has meant a huge amount to me and her encouragement, expertise and practical advice has helped me to become less anxious about the changes my body is going through during pregnancy. As a keen sports player, Angelas focus on building strength, balance and flexibility for pregnancy, birth preparation and beyond is invaluable. Would 100% recommend!

Leon Hillier Senshi Kickboxing is a welcoming club with a real family feel where everyone supports each other. The coaches bring a wealth of knowledge from various martial arts, with years of experience, including competing at international levels. There’s a class for everyone, regardless of skill or experience. My daughter, now an adult, started training with Senshi a few years ago to supplement her other martial arts discipline and fitness. Despite training on a semi-regular basis due to other commitments, they’ve been able to accommodate her schedule and still progress her through the syllabus while adding significantly to her skill set.
