I really appreciated both her care and professionalism. The space that the Project PT have created for the treatments is also really cosy. Sometimes a massage room can be quite clinical but this one is relaxing and welcoming.

Chris Hyland Lee has been an excellent personal trainer and has played a key role in helping me achieve my fitness goals. He is very responsive, supportive, and takes the time to understand his clients’ needs. Lee knows how to tailor workouts to keep things challenging, and knows how to motivate his clients. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer.

Heather Eustice Climbed Pen-y-Fan and completed the Horseshoe Ridge in the Brecon Beacons .. it was an amazing experience and Ben looked after us all very well. His knowledge of the area was excellent, which was vital as visibility wasn’t the best, but he made sure we safe at all times. We will definitely be joining Ben on more adventures in the future !
