Anna OSmotherly In my appointment with Alexa, she checked in with me about how I was feeling both physically and emotionally before my treatment. I really appreciated both her care and professionalism. The space that the Project PT have created for the treatments is also really cosy. Sometimes a massage room can be quite clinical but this one is relaxing and welcoming.
Fiona Young I have nearly completed the 6 week programme at Tuffcore and want to highly recommend it. If like me you struggle with motivation to get fit on your own this really works. The classes are tough but very enjoyable. There is a lot of laughing and everyone encourages each other. Its a great and very supportive community. I had most of my classes with Igor and he is fantastic and really knows his stuff. He is very good at motivating us and is also very kind and supportive. Travis and Aga are wonderful trainers too.
Personally I have got a lot stronger over the 6 weeks and that combined with healthy eating I have lost nearly a stone which was my goal :)

Ann Crew I have been practising yoga for over 50 years and Matthew has been an outstanding teacher. His combination of an excellent teaching style and the ability to help individuals to reach their fitness potential is, whatever their level of expertise and age, unmatched. I cannot recommend him too highly and his warm and friendly approach makes his yoga sessions a pleasure to attend.
Shantelle Wilson I love Sara she’s the most amazing yoga teacher there is around,if you can’t get into the pose she’s right there helping you I just love her.
Also if you need to chat to her about anything she’s always there.
