Oo L Nice sports centre. The sports hall is in the basement, and the water foundation is in the gym on the 1st floor. Walls of the sports hall are mostly grey, with one side with white bits and windows and a bit hard to see the shuttle. The ceiling is white as well.

Elizabeth Weekes Two great dance fitness classes to attend if you want to get a good workout and have fun. Cordis Bolly X at 11am on Sundays and Vals Latin-based class at 6.30pm on Mondays. In both classes you "follow" the teacher rather than spending a lot of time learning routines - challenging at times but also good for your brain!

Alexandra Cox Gosia is such a gifted teacher! Through her combination of patience, good listening, and excellent knowledge of the body, she has been able to help me identify and address chronic pain issues, grow stronger, and feel better. She provides extremely clear instructions and I am always able to continue doing work at home with ease after she has explained to me what I can do. She is so great that I have also recruited my brother and my mother to take pilates with her, and they feel the same way about her excellent teaching.

Karen The setting was magical, instruction superb, the small group was wonderful and food was delicious! We also got a real feel for authentic Greece in the small town of Porto Bufalo in Evia which was so special. Katerina is an amazing instructor and human being. Her energy was kind, positive and patient. I am new at yoga and she did her absolute best to cater to the very different levels of the participants. Unfortunately, I got sick towards the end of the retreat. Katerina couldnt have been more helpful and nurturing!
