5 /5 Adam Johnson: The Gym Group Tottenham High Road is a great place to work out with plenty of equipment and a clean, well-kept space. I usually go in the evenings, and it never feels overcrowded, which makes training much easier. The staff are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time.

The staff at the gym group are very professional, friendly and welcoming. The general manager Driss is very professional, respectful,knowledgeable and approachable. The trainers go above and beyond - Chauntel , Shen and Daniel are all excellent and their classes are simply brilliant, meeting all levels of ones ability, delivered in a professional but very friendly manner. Great choices of classes and equipment to meet your fitness level and to improve. Happily recommend this gym and if your anxious in joining especially a woman, I recommend to come to a class and ease herself in a friendly atmosphere by the trainer and other members who attend to experience it for yourself.
