5 /5 Danielle Woolcott-King: Ive had a couple of sessions with Kirsty now and totally recommend her! Ive never had personal training before and Im actually really enjoying our sessions which I didnt think would. Kirsty has a very holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing which means she isnt just helping my body get fitter but is helping me adjust my relationship with exercise, build up my confidence and improve my mental and physical well-being. She is also really lovely and makes something that could be intimidating a fun and rewarding process. The garden and studio are really great spaces and the sessions a very reasonable price for 1:1 training.
