1 /5 harpreet bansal: This gym thrives on punishing its members instead of appreciation of its customers and community, being penalised for things which are common in a gym,not even a gentle reminder but fines when there is a cost of living going on. With all those fines you would think they will upkeep the facilities but no,changing room has been a shamble for over 2 years and cannot be bothered to fix it. Please look into your gyms standards

5 /5 N-: Huge credit to the manager Yusuf and the entire team. The staff are genuinely helpful, respectful, and always trying their best to support members. You can really feel the positive atmosphere they create.

1 /5 Roula: This gym advertises women’s only sessions, which is especially important for women who value privacy and feel comfortable exercising without men present. Unfortunately, on two separate occasions a male employee has walked in during our women’s only Zumba sessions without warning. When I raised my concerns, he stated he could not guarantee it wont happen again. He said it was an emergency as the speaker was not working. FYI, an emergency is a fire or some sort of danger. All I asked is that he give a warning before coming in or get a female colleague as many muslim women would want to cover before he comes in. He didn’t seem to care and basically said he can’t do anything about it. This completely undermines the purpose of “women’s only” sessions. It’s not just misleading, but also deeply disrespectful to Muslim women who rely on the promise of a private environment to work out. If you are a muslima considering this gym for the women’s only sessions, id advise keeping your hijab on.
