Suzannah Ryabchuk My son has attended Jumpers since he was 20 months. He started in the baby room, then middle room and nows in the eldest tier. He absolutely loves it! He has friends, is learning numbers, fine motor and language skills everyday, and makes lots of beautiful, creative things. Jumpers fantastic outdoor facilities have everything a child would want/need to play and learn. The teachers are excellent: caring, sweet and energetic with the children, while also teaching important boundaries and respect for one another. They handle everything with high levels of professionalism and compassion, expertly helping us to navigate a family bereavement and well as the birth of my sons siblings. Everyone is welcome with key cultural and religious dates recognised. My son always eats all the food (vegetarian option) and they focus on fresh fruit like watermelon etc for snacks. Being set back from the road feels secure, safe and quiet. For a 5* early years experience pick Jumpers. It’sworthornot I can confidently say that Eden is the only gym in Ealing that provides an excellent environment for maintaining health and wellbeing. Georges and Steve are fantastic! I highly recommend joining this gym. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Its a shame theres only one Eden in London.

Keke Djin The gym is beautifully equipped and has such a good vibe, it feels exclusive in the best way, without being overwhelming. I would wholeheartedly recommend both the gym and Cynthia. She truly is an amazing personal trainer who takes the time to understand her clients’ needs, offering constant reassurance while making every session enjoyable. Her kindness and encouragement uplift not only her clients but the whole atmosphere of the gym. On top of that, she is a wonderful Pilates instructor, with sessions that are thoughtful, effective, and still filled with a sense of enjoyment. Training with her over the past couple of years has been such a positive experience.

As Im not a very sporty person, the idea of starting to train with weights has always intimidated me, although I knew it was essential for women my age. I expected that I would feel criticised and looked-down upon, and naturally, was resisting it. But I feel very lucky that a friend suggested I meet with Anja. From the first meeting, I noticed that she had an extraordinary capacity to both accept where I was, and greatly motivate me to develop and build my capacities. She gives clear, digestible instructions, and at every class I have been totally surprised at the progress I make and how healthy I feel! All that working out, and it also feels like fun! Cant think of a better Personal Trainer.

poetrylover I absolutely love David Lloyd! It’s honestly the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The facilities are exceptional — I use the pool and spa all the time and they’re always spotless, relaxing, and such a treat after a workout. The main gym is fantastic too, with everything you need whether you’re doing cardio or strength training. The staff are genuinely incredible — so friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to Harry, the main manager, who’s been so accommodating and helpful since day one. He really makes you feel valued as a member. I look forward to coming here every week — it’s become my happy place. Highly recommend!

MissEJT Social media really does a poor job of highlighting the benefits of Pilates for injury rehabilitation! I associated reformer Pilates with annoying influencer types but thankfully its not like that - at least not here! Since Ive started attending reformer Pilates classes here my back/SI joint pain has got so much better. Ive been told for years that I needed to strengthen my core but clearly what I was told to do (bird dog and bridges) was ineffective or I just wasnt doing it properly, because there was no improvement after 7 years. Going to Pilates classes allows me to get my form checked and fixed and allows me to really work my deep core muscles and stabilisers. I have enjoyed classes with Amy the most - she is very knowledgeable when it comes to modifying exercises based on injuries and she also has a great personality. She reminds me of a school teacher - excellent instruction and energy. I have also enjoyed classes with Ami in Kew Bridge. Edited to add: Ive now tried 4 different Pilates studios (trying to find somewhere closer to Harrow) and LondonPilates4u is by far the best. I enjoy the routines here the most, I enjoy the ambience here the best, and I appreciate the fact they use high quality equipment. I do still find it a bit concerning that not all instructors seem to be confident or knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with clients with injuries but this is still by far the best studio Ive been to and it deserves 5 stars.
