As Im not a very sporty person, the idea of starting to train with weights has always intimidated me, although I knew it was essential for women my age. I expected that I would feel criticised and looked-down upon, and naturally, was resisting it. But I feel very lucky that a friend suggested I meet with Anja. From the first meeting, I noticed that she had an extraordinary capacity to both accept where I was, and greatly motivate me to develop and build my capacities. She gives clear, digestible instructions, and at every class I have been totally surprised at the progress I make and how healthy I feel! All that working out, and it also feels like fun! Cant think of a better Personal Trainer.

5 /5 Cate Donovan: I started my weights and resistance training with Anja and a small group 10 weeks ago and I love it! In the last 18 months I have been receiving treatment for a lower back condition, I am in a much better place with it now and felt ready to start exercising again to help strengthen my core and overall body. I was apprehensive at first as I didnt want to do anything that may aggravate my back. After the first session with Anja I really felt that I was in safe and caring hands, we took it slow, and she she approached all of the exercises with me individually and tailored them to my needs, kept checking I was feeling ok and constantly watched me to make sure I was lifting and doing all of the movements with the correct posture. Shes always offering helpful tips and checking on our well being but also pushing us further each week so that we can constantly improve and achieve our goals. The sessions are fun, full of humour, there are new routines every week which keep it fresh, its a really hard work out but a real joy to be part of. Im so so glad Ive started and I feel I am getting stronger already! Thank you Anja

5 /5 Deepti D: Anja is fun, motivating and a great trainer. She tailors the workout to your ability and offers both indoor and outdoor group or individual sessions. Shes also affordable and the commitment is minimal if any. I really enjoyed the drop in sessions in the park. Outdoor sessions go quicker and the laughter is complimentary. Thanks Anja.

5 /5 Diane Przybilla: Anja is excellent. After being out of my fitness routine for years, I found it difficult to find a step back in again. Joining Anjas classes was the best decision. Totally easy going and supportive. Great group spirit and my fitness level improved again much quicker than expected. Highly recommend Anjas fun and effective classes.
