3 /5 B W: Great choice of products as always with Decathlon. Very erratic quality of service unfortunately. Last came on a Saturday to buy a lock for my bicycle : - asked if I could leave my bicycle while I was quickly buying a lock. The person upstairs (who has a bicycle rack behind him), told me he would not do it (with both elbows on the counter) without any explanation and given the behaviour with no intention to help customers… So came down to the shop with my bicycle - arrived at the cycling corner of the shop. No one there to help. Two customers who were trying bicycles told me there was no one to help. So just bought a lock quickly without help (although had questions) - when I paid, I gave some feedback to the cashier who asked me if I would be ok to give my feedback to the manager of the shop. The made 2 announcements, but no manager reacting or coming (maybe busy chatting somewhere with the bicycle person?). Out of embarrassment for me waiting for too long, the cashier sent me a random salesperson to take my feedback. Was told someone would reach out. Obviously did not hear from anyone

5 /5 Luke Pasel: I picked up my Rc 120 bike there yesterday. Beautiful central store with very friendly staff. Angelo was the man in charge for the bikes and to hand it to me. He was extremely helpful and super kind. Will always want to be served by him again. Thank you Angelo as well for the mounting of the lock! See you soon;)

5 /5 CHRIS BROWN: Came here this evening (Wed 3rd Dec) as I’d just got a puncture. Great customer service from the guy in the bike area. Really helped me out when I was in a bind. Fixed the bike, and very good value!

5 /5 Marina Aísa: I bought my first single-speed bike at this Decathlon and I cant be happier. Carmen helped me through the entire process of finding the bike and all the accessories (helmet, bike lock, mount...), she got me up and running, did a bike safety certificate and helped me with all the paperwork for Cycle To Work. Carmen was super patient, kind and friendly. Incredible service, highly recommended! Thank you so much!
