C D (Just Dee) Hired the main hall for a surprise 40th birthday party here in November ‘24 and everyone complimented how friendly and welcoming Ciaran and his team were on the night! The venue has recently been redecorated and looks fantastic. Ciaran was informative and easy to deal with from enquiry to the end. The members I encountered along the way were also friendly and accommodating too! There’s a car park for convenience and overall was a great experience. Will be using again and would recommend!

CrossFit TAG - Hildenborough

Micia A super inclusive and accessible club. You feel so welcome, no matter where you’re at when you start. Every single coach I’ve had is so knowledgeable. Every class feels like a personal training session but with a group of friends. It’s the most affordable box I’ve found in the area and that just makes it even more accessible.

Leo Nguyen I tried Alexander’s sports massage session in Kings Cross for the first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very efficient and effective. Highly recommend him.

Selina Egerton Aleksandra is the most lovely person and fantastic beautician! I have been her client for over 5 years now, and have always come away feeling thoroughly relaxed, and confident that the machine work has improved my skin too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her! Thank you so much!

PHX GYM Brighton - Brighton and Hove

Rating: 4.5 /5
Aston Seymour I’ve been a member of Phoenix Brighton for the past two months, and it’s genuinely a fantastic place to train. I’ve had previous memberships elsewhere at local council gyms, and while those gyms were fine, they were small, counter-run spaces with limited equipment and availability. Phoenix Brighton, on the other hand, is spacious with a huge variety of machines. Even during peak hours, there are always plenty of stations free, something my previous gym could never offer. The situation was even worse for juniors there, where strict time slots had to be booked a week in advance. Phoenix has no such restrictions, making it a far better environment for younger members. They can train alongside more experienced gym-goers, which really helps them learn and grow in confidence. The equipment at Phoenix Brighton is exceptional. It’s Panatta, the Lamborghini of gym equipment—solid, smooth, and built to perform. My workouts have completely transformed since joining, and I genuinely look forward to going every day. The atmosphere is great too. The music selection is varied and energising, not just the same repetitive radio playlists you hear elsewhere. The counter offers a good range of whey protein powders and other high-protein snacks, plus there’s a cold water bubbler—small touches that make a big difference. Overall, Phoenix Brighton is a top-tier, professional gym. I highly recommend it. Don’t waste your time elsewhere.
