Family friendly gym with great instructors, massive shout out to Ingrid who runs the kids class for making my 5yo feel so welcome on her first session with her warm nature and sharp technique. Also shout out to Harry who is a class act as an instructor and all round gentleman. Can’t recommend this school highly enough

Samantha Harland I feel very grateful to have found these yoga classes, the most beautiful location right on the seafront looking out at the sea and the changing seasons and Hannah is an amazing guide and yoga instructor mixing in astrology and essential oils which makes it feel very bespoke with each session feeling different. She makes her classes accessible and inclusive for all no matter your level or experinece. Likewise the people that attend are lovely and theres a really nice vibe in the community Hannah has built. I would 100% recommend all of Hannahs classes, day retreats and womens circle events!
