Colin Griffin I was looking for ways to improve my core strength and I also had a sciatica problem down my left side. My wife introduced me to Kirsten and Body Wellness Pilates. It was my first introduction to pilates and I was a little apprehensive. There really was no need to be, Kirsten was an extremely well qualified instructor with many years experience and above all was a really lovely, supportive and kind person. I must add I am probably a difficult client for her, as I seem to get the moves back to front, raise when I should lower, lower when I should raise and quite often get my left to right wrong! But again Kirsten has been so patient with me, offering help and support all the way through every step. I can t recommend her enough. Over my first 12 months, my core strengthened and my sciatica was cured and I noticed that my whole posture had improved so much, it was amazing. Ive now been attending Kirstens Reforma Pilates classes for the past 3 years and love it. I have developed and improved my pilates along the journey and increasing my flexibility and stretching my hamstrings too, which was an area I needed to improve on. If you are fortunate enough to live in and around the Sevenoaks area, there is no better person to teach you pilates, if you dont live around Sevenoaks, then its still worth travelling to get to, Kirsten is first class.

Karen Wright Fabulous swimming lessons here. Clean and comfortable changing facilities and viewing poolside and above. Friendly staff. Great coffee/snacks/hot chocolate etc...at *Joes Box* which is there on Saturdays by the ample free car park. Alternatively, there is a drink and snack machine inside the building. My granddaughters swimming has improved hugely with Paul, who is one of the swimming instructors.

Alexandre Brandao Good gym. It has even a box ring. Is has many options, even a sauna.

Lyndsay Kaldor I have been going to Margherita’s classes for a number of years and after studying with some of the best teachers in London she is an absolute favourite. Her classes are always supportive and inspiring, both physically and spiritually. They are paced beautifully with options for every level and she makes time plenty of time for exploration and playfulness. I always come away feeling super grounded yet uplifted and ready to tackle the rest of my week.

Andrew Fruer We were recommended Russell’s Swim School by a friend when we felt our kids were not learning anymore in the larger session they were in elsewhere. The smaller groups, bigger (rather wonderful) pool and super lovely teachers were just what they needed and they started to improve again. Both learned with Russell and team for 2 years and I can honestly say swim better than I ever did. Highly recommend.
