5 /5 Abe Melbs: One of the best leisure centers Ive been to! Staff are nice and friendly and gladly greet me on entry. Changing rooms are perfect with available lockers at all times, even a toilet inside the changing room! Now i can avoid having to walk out to the nearest loo! The gym is small but perfect to anyones needs especially mine. The free weight area has all equipment i need and more. The only bad thing i have to say, is that some people leave their weights out which i imagine can be annoying for some staff. The toilets are kept clean and tidy which is nice. Overall I have had a happy experience in the 7 years Ive been here. :)

I would not recommend this place if you only use the gym, weight training area and/or changing rooms.The facilities are very dated everywhere, the weight training area old equipment and decor. The changing rooms are terribly designed, ages ago, with toilets stalls inside changing area (smelly), in desperate need of update. Terrible customer service, careless management about their members. Management does not seem to care about clients. Never a smile or look up to greet, and it reflects in the staff behind the desk. I sent an email cancelling my membership when I finally decided to leave after 2 years as a member and the response did not include an inquiry why I was leaving. I then responded providing my reasons for leaving and I got nothing back. As a business owner I find it appalling for a customer service based facility to not revert with a care and concern response to a complaint.

DO NOT JOIN, DO NOT JOIN, the sauna is constantly broken, the steam room is constantly broken, the facilities are sub standard, the bathrooms are gross, changing rooms out dated, barely any machines, the actual gym is really average for the price, the men’s changing rooms are disgusting, there is 1 bathroom with zero privacy it’s just a stand alone cubicle, the membership options are lacking, do not sign up to the contracts, no matter the circumstances of job loss/relocation, you cannot end the contract and they threaten credit score impacts and debt collection if you ask to leave. I asked to leave 1 month into my membership and had to pay £180 as an early cancellation fee even though I asked if it was possible to switch to the 3 month membership which is very reasonable. This gyms code of ethics are disgusting, considering we are in a cost of living crises, please go somewhere else!

5 /5 gurdev kharay: I went to the gym today and noticed that it was very clean and there was plenty of distance between the machines. I did not feel any fear and felt safe exercising. I think it is one of the best leisure centres in the area and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
