Michael Jones This place has come along way these past years, still more planned for the future but its worth trying this place because you will be pleasantly surprised. Really lovely staff who are on hand to help and guide you in the gym, excellent facilities on hand and there is even a place to grab a coffee after you have worked out. Worth joining, not only are you supporting yourself but all importantly a local school.

Olfa Zened Active Body EMS is magical ! The magic comes from Paula’s commitment and dedication. I’m always so excited before the session and so happy afterwards! You are not just training but you are also getting a coaching and a joy session. We dance and laugh on top of the workout. I because so much stronger is a short time. I lost fat is some areas that never came back ! So thankful and grateful ! It is also always extremely clean and so accommodating ! Love you guys! Keep shining ❤️

Chris Stilman Joined in 2019 and wish Id joined a lot sooner. Ive been a member of various gyms previously but this place is a complete different animal. Seriously high quality coaching from a superb team. A genuine community amongst the members and coaches. It all comes together to make everyone feel comfortable training, whether they are top level athletes training for competitions, or a complete fitness newbie who needs guidance and support. My fitness and strength gains in the last 18 months or so have been far more than Ive ever achieved previously. Worth every penny.

Peter Evans This gym is fantastic. A really friendly atmosphere, also team members and PTs that work out of the gym are so welcoming and encouraging. Previously was a stop/start gym goer over the years, but after a brilliant month of PT from Michael, have now been using FF in Chineham most days for 18mths and love it!

Zainab Kashif This is an amazing place for kickboxing. I enjoyed going here a lot . It has been a fun experience, to be honest it is a bit expensive and also for grading it also costs a lot , I only go on Mondays even though its meant for both Monday and Friday the prices stay the same
