Joanna I started at SASS 6 months ago and it has genuinely changed my life. As someone who never thought they would ever get into fitness (having actively avoided the gym for years!), I am amazed by how much progress I have made and more importantly, how much I look forward to it as part of my regular routine. I now go 4/5 times a week - its that addictive! I regularly attend Vickys Semi-PT, Pilates and Lift Clubs, which are all amazing and gives me a really well-rounded routine. She has been incredibly pivotal in my growth and I would not be who I am today without her. I also love attending Amaras & Toms classes. They push me to get better each time I go & I love the dynamic and encouraging environment they foster in each of their sessions. Joining SASS is, without a doubt, the best decision I could have ever made for my physical and mental health. I will forever be grateful for SASS. From someone who was incredibly intimidated at my first class to now being obsessed with all things fitness, I am a changed woman!

Marty Smith Really well equipped 24 hour gym conveniently located close to Tower Gateway, Aldgate & Aldgate East Stations. Large range of free weights up to 50kg, cables, various machines both pin & plate loaded. Good functional area with rings, kettlebells & sandbags. Modern cardio equipment with full connectivity. Staff are friendly and make an effort to keep the place very clean. Good value membership rates and an excellent option to have access to gyms across the world when travelling.

Meenal Patel I have been coming to Sunday Studios for 10 months now and I love it!! The studio is such a clean, beautiful space, and the instructors are excellent! So much so that Ive managed to stay consistent in my practice and come 2-3 times a week. Lily pushes you hard, but its fun and absolutely worth it!! Mollys classes are also great and a challenge. I recommend trying all of the instructors as they are all brilliant and bring something different to your practice. Oh and the music is always on point too. Highly recommended studio which attracts really diverse people as well - another reason to love it!

Gemma Grant This is a genuinely fantastic independent gym in east London. The staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, and the recovery suite is top-tier, a huge bonus that sets this place apart. I really enjoy the Tuesday evening run club and with different paced groups, it’s welcoming for both new runners and experienced ones, creating a great sense of community. The weights and cardio selection is ideal, and I’m excited to see they’re planning to install sled tracks soon! I also really value the independent nature of the gym. It’s refreshing to see real investment and passion going into a space rather than yet another franchise. The care, attention to detail, and overall experience here far exceeds anything I’ve had at the many franchise gyms I’ve been a member of over the years. A brilliant east London gem — highly recommend!

xee Ferguson I love these classes! Wasn’t sure what to expect. The studio is small and very modern with the latest equipment. Great location only less than 10 mins walk from Canary Wharf station. The trainers are all amazing, patient and super helpful with alternative exercises if you cannot do a particular rep due to injury. You are pushed to get the maximum out of the classes which is great. If you have not used Power Plates before you will soon get used to the vibration and using body weight/dumbbells/kettlebells too. The classes are just 30 mins, with quite a few sessions throughout the day, so easy to fit into your daily schedule. If you are consistent you will soon see great results with these very knowledgeable trainers!
