5 /5 Marty Smith: Really well equipped 24 hour gym conveniently located close to Tower Gateway, Aldgate & Aldgate East Stations. Large range of free weights up to 50kg, cables, various machines both pin & plate loaded. Good functional area with rings, kettlebells & sandbags. Modern cardio equipment with full connectivity. Staff are friendly and make an effort to keep the place very clean. Good value membership rates and an excellent option to have access to gyms across the world when travelling.

3 /5 Brown Gosling: Gym desperately needs new water dispenser, other ATF have had “Halsey Taylor Hydroboost”. Unfortunately water tastes like whatever protein drink it dispensed last. Existing machine leaks onto floor. Pull up area could also use additions like rock climbing hold / ball shaped holds.

5 /5 Alexander Salazar: Anytime Fitness in Aldgate East is an exceptional gym that l highly recommend. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or guidance needed. The facilities are top-notch, featuring a wide range of modern equipment that caters to all fitness levels and preferences. Additionally, the gym maintains a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for all members. Overall, its a fantastic place to pursue your fitness goals.

3 /5 Alexander Sterlin-Altman: Probably the worst anytime fitness I’ve been to in London. The machines worked overall fine, but very few of them. No soap in the toilet, no automatic locks in the lockers, and very bizarre water fountain. Still fine in a pinch, but would recommend using another location if an option.

4 /5 Austen Virr: Quite a small gym but not overly packed. Staff are great. Layout is strange and you have to wait a while for one of the only changing rooms.
