5 /5 Marian Dee: This has been my go-to eyebrow shaping place. The price is very affordable compared to other shops and I am satisfied with the work that they do. If I feel like my brows is not done well, I can say it and they will try their best to fix it or give any recommendations on which looks better. Kudos to the team working!

1 /5 Ludovico Lorello: Unfortunately, I had an awful experience. Firstly, I was greeted with a very poor attitude—no smiles or attempts to be accommodating. I thought, well, it doesn’t matter as long as they do their job properly. However, the threading session left me scarred for days, and the technician nicked my skin in several places (see the photo). Even now, three days later, I still can’t get rid of the scars. Additionally, the whole process was extremely painful, which was understandable given that my skin was being nicked throughout. Also, it seemed I paid more than advertised supposedly because I paid with card.

5 /5 Catherine OSullivan: Always bring my mother here who is in a wheelchair. Ladies are so good and do a brilliant job of her eyebrows & nails. It’s just so accessible and even though my mum is on full oxygen with machine , the girls take great care of her situation and help me get mum into the chair .

1 /5 Diana: I really wanted to support a small business rather than going to a larger brow bar, but unfortunately I had a disappointing experience. The brow technician seemed very inexperienced and even she couldn’t understand or speak proper English, my brows were uneven, not properly matched, and not fully cleaned. I asked her several times to make it even and she seems so confused and am surprised with the owner how come they can allow a staff to work in a busy place without speaking English. And she looked so unprofessional, I will never go again to this place.

The brow technician seemed very inexperienced—my brows were uneven, not properly matched, and not fully cleaned. I honestly think I could have done a better job myself at home. When I mentioned that I wasn’t happy, she did try to fix them, but the result was still poor. I’d really encourage her to work on developing her skills before offering this as a paid service.
