2 /5 May Coury: This was my third visit, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed. I specifically booked a nail art appointment each time, and each time with a different technician. Yet not once was the service actually provided. Every technician told me that nail art wasn’t something they offered. If a service isn’t available with certain technicians, it shouldn’t be listed as an option during the booking process. This kind of confusion is frustrating and wastes clients’ time.
To add to the frustration, during my first visit, I was charged for both BIAB and shellac, but the technician didn’t apply any color at all after the BIAB. I essentially paid for a service I didn’t receive.
On my most recent visit, my cuticles were not properly done, and the pliers used were clearly dull and in need of sharpening.
Overall, the experience has been consistently disappointing, and I don’t plan on returning.
