Frederick Rice Ashtanga Yoga is the most rewarding method of yoga that I have practiced, but its undoubtedly a challenge and requires an experienced teacher to guide you through the series of physical postures. Mary is a dedicated, experienced, and gifted teacher, my practice has advanced tremendously under her vigilant guidance. I cant recommend Ashtanga Yoga Oxford enough, if you want to develop safely under the guidance of a knowledgeable teacher this is the place for you.

Lynsey I have been attending Joe’s SGPT class weekly for the past 6 months and love the sense of community and supportive environment, training alongside like-minded people. Joe is friendly, motivating and his guidance has helped me master proper form and technique. The program changes each month which allows you opportunity to see progression, improve your strength and hit personal bests week after week. Highly recommend!
