Staff are friendly, skilled & professional, and place is really well equipped - would recommend :)

1 /5 Elif Tarlacik: If I could give 0 I would! I am a teacher myself and I have never ever seen this anywhere before. My daughter went to gymnastics today. It was her first initial session. Baring in mind she is only 2!! And the only 2 year old there (the rest were older & experienced). My daughter attends other places as well such as ballet and football. I have never ever seen any teacher treat any child in such a rude way. I was literally watching my own child get treated so bad, they were rolling their eyes, huffing and puffing, showed no interest in teaching her. The worst part was to see them treat her as if she was experienced. A 2 year old was being swung on the high bars, letting go of her and watching her drop! This is unacceptable. My daughter could’ve done her arms. She’s only 2!!! She cried so much! When I went downstairs after seeing her cry of fear, i asked why they were treating her in that sort of way. The response from a coach called serina said “she’s sorry I feel like this” when I asked her if this is what a teacher should be doing, she said “no it wasn’t be it was the other coach” does it matter? What sort of a response is that? Just because my daughter wasn’t able to do some movements of course as it’s her first day, they were literally looking at eachother and rolling their eyes. When I appprocahed the manager after, whilst shaking, holding my tears and m so upset, he smirked in my face and said he’s sure his coaches know what their doing. When I explained that they also said it wasn’t right and they shouldn’t be doing it, he shrug his shoulders and continued to smirk and only say “we’ll I’m sorry”. All I can say is, as a teacher, I will never ever take my child here again- I’ll never trust a place that neglects young kids and toddlers. Safeguarding is a real issue and I will most certainly take this further as we are talking about children here!!! It’s not a joke!!! Unprofessional behaviour. Disgusting response from manager. Never ever will recommend anyone to take their kids here. Never!!!

Witnessing their dedication and passion was truly inspiring. Well-Equipped Facility: The spacious gym boasts a variety of equipment, from balance beams and uneven bars to trampolines and foam pits. It caters to various skill levels, offering both recreational and competitive training. Positive Atmosphere: The overall vibe is energetic and supportive. Children seem to genuinely enjoy their time at the gym, cheering each other on and celebrating individual achievements. Parent-Friendly Observation Area: A dedicated viewing area with comfortable seating allows parents to watch their children train without getting in the way. Confusing Cracks: Communication Quirks: Information about class schedules, fees, and policies appears scattered and occasionally contradictory. A more streamlined communication system would greatly benefit both parents and staff. Administrative Hiccups: Scheduling changes and registration processes sometimes felt disorganized. Clearer communication and consistent procedures would enhance the overall experience. Unclear Pricing Structure: The pricing structure can be confusing, with various fees and packages offered. A more transparent system with upfront information would eliminate any ambiguity. Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, some areas of the gym, particularly the restrooms, could benefit from more frequent cleaning and attention to detail.

1 /5 Shen: This used to be such a fantastic gymnastics academy, however since hiring a teacher who neglects safeguarding procedures by manhandling toddlers, shouting at them if they do not understand instructions and push them aside with physical force, its safe to say that she has negatively impacted this review. As a result, I received a weak apology from the administration team and the teacher still continues to work there, which I would strongly say is a danger to children and young adults. Using tactics such as public humiliation, putting toddlers, as young as age 2, unsupervised on a pillar as tall as a climbing frame and calling it timeout is by no means acceptable. Her victimising and bullyish behaviour is unethical and in no way should it be encouraged or allowed to continue by the academy. I am truly disappointed and as long as this teacher remains, I do not recommend you take your children to Casablanca.

5 /5 Leigh Strong: An excellent gymnastics academy with ample space and good equipment. The instructors are knowledgeable and operate a nurturing environment, yet also fastrack individuals that show promise, talent and the right attitude in performing competitively. In addition to classes, the venue can also be hired out for childrens parties. Casablanca is extremely popular and as such, there is a long waiting list for new joiners.
