5 /5 Ola Kat: Don’t be fooled by first impressions—Featherbeats Gym may not be massive, but it’s absolutely more than enough to leave you deliciously sore for days! Dan and Sherry are truly wonderful people who make everyone, even total beginners like me, feel welcome, supported, and cared for.
Dan motivates you throughout every workout, carefully checks everyone’s capabilities, and adjusts the weights individually so you’re always challenged in the best way. I usually attend the group classes, which have around 8–10 people, and the atmosphere is fantastic—friendly, encouraging, and never intimidating.
When it comes to nutrition, Sherry does an incredible job. I honestly didn’t expect to get so much support and guidance. She regularly checks in on how we’re doing, tracks our progress, sends motivating messages, and even calls to cheer you on. You can tell both Dan and Sherry pour their whole hearts into this place and into taking the best care of everyone who walks through the door.
This gym feels like family, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel welcomed, inspired, and genuinely looked after, Featherbeats is it.
