Dimi Dereliev Really good place for outdoor gym. It has variety of different type of exercises. I gave four stars because there is higher potential of having even more outdoor exercises. The equipments should be look after more often especially the cardio exercises.

Last year, I enrolled my sons (ages 10 and 8) to help boost their confidence and introduce them to martial arts. They are thoroughly enjoying the Muay Thai sessions and making excellent progress. Highly recommended!

Karen West This is my first experience of reformer pilates and I’m hooked! The studio itself is a calming environment and the decor really is stunning. Nick is a great very knowledgeable instructor and the workout is varied, well explained/demonstrated and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. There are lots of classes on offer to suit all abilities and classes throughout the day/evening to suit busy lifestyles!! After just a few classes I feel stronger, my flexibility is definitely improving and I’m pretty sure I can spot some ab muscles!!
