Crystal-lee OLeary Absolutely horrible went there yesterday with my friend and never again. Asked for a certain design the man that works there gave me a completely different style of nails after I repeatedly told him this is not what I asked for. My friends nails came out fine but she ended up paying double the money I did and their English there is horrible. The man doing my nails had to redo them over 4 times and refused a refund and didn’t listen to me at all. The first image is what I asked for and the second is what I got and they are very painful .

Sebastian Shakespeare Today was a treat! It was the first time I got cupped! Kimani is a Great individual who is passionate about what he does, aims to provide a great service by not only informing you about the process step by step, but always checking to see if your okay while creating a very relaxed environment... he told me that the sore spots are related to muscle tension and ensured there was no discomfort. Kimani is the guy to see for cupping if youve never had it before, slightly unsure but curious, youll leave better than you came, had to take a few pics for the gram.. thanks Kimani

Nicole Webb I have nearly finished my prepaid treatment at the Newcastle clinic and the results have been amazing. Wish Id have done it sooner! Special mention to Oprah who is knowledgeable and approachable making me feel at ease with every appointment. The staff and the clinic is really welcoming and are a credit to the sk:n brand.

Nicola D I had a great experience at this salon today. The beautician was friendly and personable, but most importantly, great at what she does! The wax was definitely the best experience I’ve had, almost painless. I was made to feel super comfortable from the start and Latoya quite helpfully varied my treatments to ensure I had what I needed. She also accommodated a last minute appointment with no issues, 10/10 - I’d certainly and highly recommend.
