2 /5 Fake Account: Would not recommend. You book online but do not know the final price until you arrive. There is no set pricing for designs so be prepared to be overcharged. For designs, they don’t charge per nail so they charge off of service (the time it will take and etc) but there is no standard rate for that either so for all you know they could be pulling out prices howover they please . Considering they’re not the owners too, I would question that method. I ended up with something completely different from what I asked for. It felt like they could not do the design but did not want to admit it, which was frustrating. They kept making excuses even after I showed a tutorial video, and instead tried to make it seem overly difficult or impossible. It came across as a lack of experience, with comparisons to other salons used to overcompensate rather than being honest.
They pushed their own ideas too much, and when I tried to change the design due to the £90+ price, I was told my alternative choice was “ugly”. This was rude & untrue as the design is trending on Pinterest for a reason and is clearly popular. I settled for chrome nails and was still charged £80.
The nail tech kept comparing themselves to other salons and claiming others could not do the same work and their pricing was unjustified which felt like overcompensation for a poor experience. I definitely would have received a better result at my usual salon.
