5 /5 Addy Tee: BlastFit is an amazing place to start your fitness journey even with no previous fitness experience. I started a few months ago and have already seen great progress. Matt and the team provide good tailored advice and are very encouraging. The sessions are also great and everyone is nice. Definitely recommend!

Matt designed a programme of training for me which is taxing, but manageable, and which gets slightly harder each week. The brilliant aspect of the programme is that I can see my fitness improve week on week, which is a great motivator. He also gave me daily homework exercises and provides feedback on my in-week comments on my performance. He takes a genuine personal interest in my improvement. I thoroughly recommend him.

The studio has such a different vibe compared to a typical gym. All the trainers have their own styles, but every one of them is attentive and supportive while you’re training. Matt, the owner, is such a lovely and genuine guy. I often attended his classes, he’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and has really guided me toward a better path in fitness. I truly appreciate my journey at Blastfit. The results were so good that I even convinced my partner to join too!

The group PT classes are fun and welcoming. I not only got fitter, stronger and lost weight but my confidence in using weights and my technique improved greatly too.
