William Parker I’ve been doing Pilates with Nikki for the past two years. At first she helped me rehabilitate after I broke my elbow in a bicycle crash, designing a routine to rebuild strength and mobility.
With her functional science background, she was able to coordinate with other health professionals I have seen - physiotherapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors, for problems related to my accident and other congenital issues. Using their diagnoses, she developed a programme that was right for me and my stage of recovery.
Nikki has continued to adapt my programme, using a combination of mat work, Reformer, Cadillac, and other equipment. There is always a clear purpose for each exercise, and she is very attentive to ensure my form is correct. There is no doubt that my body is stronger, more flexible, and more resilient than before my accident.
Plus the studio is a fun place to be in! I couldn’t recommend Nikki highly enough.
