Shannon Would not recommend to anyone! First time going here for festive and holiday nails! I called up to confirm treatments as this was the first time I visited the salon. I booked in for a take off and a fresh set. I understand that the end of December is a busy period for all but that does not allow disrespect and rudeness for a paid service. The blonde lady doing my nails was very rude and started taking off my nails which I thought was Biab gel but she said it was hard gel. After filing 3 nails, she explained if she continued they might lift and rudely said do you want me to carry on or not. Well 3 nails in I guess so lol. Regardless service was trash and the nails were even worse. I asked to cut some of the length off and square shape - she didn’t cut the length down and left them bubbly and misshaped. I asked for cat eye and it was just glittery. It looked as if I have 10 press on nails on one finger. I was charged £57 for terrible nails which were half done. When I left I messaged the instagram account to explain and was left waiting 24 hours for a response. The next day I called and asked how they could rectify and they offered a partial refund and to come in the new year for a new set. I refused and asked for a full refund and they sent which I appreciated. Spend your money elsewhere, will NOT be going back!

She listened to what I wanted and managed to exceed my expectations by adding the perfect tones of highlights. Elisha is very welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease. Eva Fernandez Ortiz This is my go to place for a lash lift. My natural lashes are very short and flat and this treatment gives them a natural and beautiful lift, which opens the eye without needing make up. And most importantly, it does last for at least 2 good months, unlike any other place I have tried before. Definitely recommend them, the staff are always very nice as well.
