1 /5 Shannon: Would not recommend to anyone! First time going here for festive and holiday nails! I called up to confirm treatments as this was the first time I visited the salon. I booked in for a take off and a fresh set. I understand that the end of December is a busy period for all but that does not allow disrespect and rudeness for a paid service. The blonde lady doing my nails was very rude and started taking off my nails which I thought was Biab gel but she said it was hard gel. After filing 3 nails, she explained if she continued they might lift and rudely said do you want me to carry on or not. Well 3 nails in I guess so lol. Regardless service was trash and the nails were even worse. I asked to cut some of the length off and square shape - she didn’t cut the length down and left them bubbly and misshaped. I asked for cat eye and it was just glittery. It looked as if I have 10 press on nails on one finger. I was charged £57 for terrible nails which were half done. When I left I messaged the instagram account to explain and was left waiting 24 hours for a response. The next day I called and asked how they could rectify and they offered a partial refund and to come in the new year for a new set. I refused and asked for a full refund and they sent which I appreciated. Spend your money elsewhere, will NOT be going back!

1 /5 Mahbanou Habibi: ‏I had the worst experience at this nail repair shop in London. Their work is beyond terrible! My nails looked worse after leaving than they did when I walked in. The staff seemed completely unprofessional, rushed the entire process, and ignored my requests. They didn’t even take the time to properly clean or shape my nails. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. The quality of the products they use is cheap, and most of my nails broke within two days! I’ve never had such a horrible experience. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs!!

1 /5 M. Rozita K: Really expensive for what it is, sorry but £35 for BIAB removal and manicure is way too much. That’s the price of a gel set. Also took too long so not coming back, regretful experience.

1 /5 Ebs F: I came in and asked if they had any availability. The lady at the desk initially said yes and then asked me what I wanted. I explained and she asked if there is any other day and I explained, I needed to get them done that day. After explaining what could be done to my nails she later told me they couldn’t do my nails. It seemed as though there was availability because the nail shop was empty but they just couldn’t be bothered to do my nails. The lady was rude and very stand offish. I am glad I didn’t do my nails here after the seeing the horrific reviews of how people’s nails turned out.
