Jayga Leslie I’ve been a member here for years and it’s honestly a great gym. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a wide variety for both weights and cardio. The staff are friendly, helpful, and create a welcoming environment. I like that the gym has a good balance — it never feels overcrowded, but still has a motivating atmosphere. Being open 24/7 makes it really convenient, and I’ve always felt comfortable training here. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive place to work out.

Marion Marling I’ve been with Marc & Liam for over two years now before they where D&D! There passion and commitment to each individual that walks through there door is second to none. The atmosphere and vibes is like no other, the wealth of knowledge they have to pass on is amazing. They have helped me reach goals and then set mew ones always insuring that I receive the best and most focused training. Both my kids train there and love every session. Whitney Quaynor I have been a member of this gym since October and it is the best gym I have been a part of. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The equipment is maintained and the gym is kept clean. When I visit other gyms whilst away, it makes me appreciate Hybrid Fitness Loughton. The classes are great too!

Carol Angba I was recovering from a 2nd frozen shoulder when i joined. I had an operation for the 1st frozen shoulder! Now I know that I didnt need the operation - Dennis would have fixed it! I have been able to lift weights that I never expected to lift - thanks for Dennis guidance and patience. I have sweated and ached but I have returned for more! With Dennis guidance, now I know how to exercise when i go to my local gym. Everyone I have met in Studio23 gym has been very friendly. I would definitely recommend Studio23 Gym. Thanks Dennis!
