I have had the pleasure of attending the Qigong class for several months. It is a revelation. Having practiced yoga for several decades this is completely different - a Chinese wellness practice to nourish the mind and body through slow- flowing movements and synchronised breathing. It encourages circulation, mobility and soothes the nervous system. It is deeply calming and Emma is an excellent teacher. The ARC studio is a special space - the best studio I have encountered. You feel you are not doing much yet your body knows the difference and is thankful at the end of a session.
