Spoke to Julian M who kindly helped me arrange a complex delivery due having a health condition and needing some vital equipment to help get me better. Matthew Gibbons Sam has been a great find! He’s very smart at tailoring sessions, always aware of fatigue or injuries which might impact the session and adjusting accordingly and is demanding without being brutal. I have seen real improvements in cycling strength and resilience.

BackpackingAndy I would give this place extra stars if I could. I worked out here for a few days, it is cozy and has everything you need for a good workout. The staff are incredibly thoughtful and friendly. I felt very welcome! If you are looking for a long term gym or just need to workout for a few days - this place is perfect. They have a day pass and longer term options as well. If I come back to the area - I’ll definitely sign up for the gym.

Sue Proud This is a great local pilates class with a relaxed and welcoming vibe. My first time to try pilates and I have discovered muscles I never knew existed! Sabine is friendly and encouraging and I cant recommend her enough. If youve never done pilates before then give it a go. It will make you feel re-energised for the rest of the day.
