Ayoolu x I visited Townhouse today with my mum and sister to celebrate my mum’s birthday, and we had such a lovely, relaxing time! I booked online this morning, and everything from start to finish was smooth and easy. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and our pedicures were perfect, we all felt pampered and well taken care of. The only small suggestion I’d make is to have a physical swatch of all nail shades available in the salon, as it would be easier to choose colours in person rather than relying on the online colour library - it’s not clear what the shades actually look like. Carmen Sanchez Poor service, wanted a French tip they had no colours and didn’t give me the colour I asked for. They cut my natural nail down soooo short, literally half of the nail, despite saying I didn’t want it cut, looks really bad now and the rude staff topped the whole experience off

Chloe Walton I couldn’t recommend Lay more highly! It was my first time visiting, but I was made to feel completely comfortable right away. The massage was incredible—easily the best I’ve ever had. Lay really took the time to focus on the areas I mentioned and worked on them thoroughly. I left feeling super relaxed, and on top of that, I got some great advice and recommendations for other treatments that could help me. It was a hot day, and the experience ended perfectly with a refreshing cold drink and all the time I needed to get ready—no sense of being rushed out the door. Lay was professional, warm, and incredibly attentive. I’ll definitely be back!
